I can say, I'm extremely self-conscious about my body. 

For as long as in remember, I always had a fat belly which just makes me dread and hate my body. Can say its an unhealthy mentality but as I'm growing older and watching people around me achieve a dead gorgeous model body, I'm just feeling down on my progress. Been going to gym for more than a year, watching my food, only limiting my liquid intake to water, fresh juices and some.. body liquids.., I honestly expected to at least have my belly fat reduced (overall body fat has reduced though..), instead I'm still at square one after such a long time of trying. Adding the mix comments people give all the time :

"Do more running, will help you reduce your tummy"
"Don't run, lift weights, build and tone up and your tummy will disappear"
"You are gonna lose your build and muscles if you run"
"Do abs workout everyday"
"Don't do abs everyday, do alternate days workout"
"Don't do abs when you have a big tummy, you will only harden your fats"

Its just confusing and frustrating for me with all these mix advice. Hiring a PT would just kill my thinning wallet..

It wouldn't be so bad if I was fat all over..
I remember the first time I ever took of my shirt in public, someone actually used the word "disgusting" to describe my body.Remember one of my hookups last year as well, the guy actually said "I thought you gym?" when I took of my shirt.. Even now puppy admitted  ONCE that my body can be improved.. Its just extremely degrading..

Each time the topic of "fat" comes up in conversations everyone goes "Leo! You aren't fat also! You are damn thin!" when I say I don't like my tummy fat. Could be that everyone already assume I am thin that when they actually see my fats they get a shock..

Disproportionate.. Maybe that's the word to describe my body..

Yesterday I was tagged on a picture on Facebook and my tummy was just bulging out so much in those pictures I had to untag them..

Its just really depressing and it gets me down so often.. I'm not saying I want to get a porn star build, right now, I really just want a flat tummy, abs would be a bonus..

Any tips or advice for me?.. =(

An interesting topic came up with friends a while back.
Shin Y covered this a while back though.

 The rule of thumb for... Dating Age!

Apparently its your age divide your age by 2 and add 7(for male) to get the minimum age you can date before being a awkward age gap..

So lets say you are a youthful age of 25. The youngest you can ever date is...

25/2 + 7 = 19.5..  so...

The answer is 20?

Which actually seems really reasonable.

Similarly..
When i'm 23 i wouldn't mind dating someone who is 32..
I would love the sense of maturity. Lol

Its the maximum/minimum age depending on who you prefer an older or younger partner.
But anyways, this one is a straight couple thing so i'm not sure if it applies for gay couples.

Having to clean toilets, 3 to be exact, the girls are starting to complain about the male toilet for obvious reason -Pee drippings on the floor in front of the urinals and toilet bowl. Guys being guys, its kinda normal for public guys toilet to be like that, most of us just avoid wet areas, do our business no matter how much of a sharpshooter or a terrible shooter you are and leave. Regardless, the girls don't understand the complexity of the peeing process. Anything can happen, the two streams, the scatter shot, the leak, each toilet trip is a gamble with 5% chance your dick decides to pee some other way then usual. Don't know why the girls complain so much since most times i go in there are only 2 or 3 drops in front of the urinals and toilet bowls compared to the flooded 'pray to god its water" type of toilets.

Yea, like the female toilets are very clean.
Last time i was on duty there were tissue papers everywhere on the floor of the female toilet. Shame on you!

Many ways you can greet a person.

The Hand Shakes
The most formal way you can greet a new acquaintance. Holding the person's hand with a firm grip with a stern "shake", to convey respect to the other person. Don't go giving your hand like you have some golden zombie princess hand, no crap energy whats-so-ever like you are force to. Most pissing off is when that person just brushes the palm of your hand when you want to shake their hand as a formality. Next thing I'm going to greet you with my hand wide open full force against your face!

The Hugs
My favourite way of greeting someone. Nothing like a warm hug to warm both souls! It kinda became a practice to me to hug close friends no matter how often i see them.. Lol

5 fingers extended and palm wide open, waving your hand frantically to attract the attention of the unexpected person to greet them. I have a few friends that love to wave when you see them, no matter how close by.. Even when standing an arms length apart they will still wave excitedly to my face with a big smile of their face saying "HIIIIIIII!!!~~~". It sounds really stupid but its actually really fun to do. haha!
Also another way by lifting your hand just slightly to acknowledge they other person. :)

A friend of mine talked to me about her problems recently.
A friend of hers started showing signs of wanting to get together with her, they have been close friends for almost a year and she has never thought of him in a relationship way. He is a really nice guy, someone that even i know will take care of her but she has no physical attraction towards him. If he really pop the question to her, she really doesn't know what to do.

Would you say yes or no to him if you were her?
Knowing you have no attraction towards him and the risk of jeopardizing the close friend relationship is just right there if it doesn't work out.

A few people said that attraction is not everything but isn't it important to spark the relationship?

Do you have something on your bed that makes people go "AWWWW!! So cute!!", snatches it while you beg and plea them to give it back to you?

No, not your boyfriend or "toys". Something you keep on your bed because it reminds you of a sweet memory. Could be a childhood toy you have successfully defended from the wrath of your mother or an extra soft bright pink heart shaped pillow your loved one gave to you.

In my case, its my yellow ducky. he is always on my bed for my to hug to sleep. It may sound weird, but since i brought him around last time, a lot of friends hugged him and refused to let go. The story
Recently i went out with a guy i have always fancied..
Before that.. lets rewind a bit..
Few weeks ago, out of impulse, i deleted alot of people of my facebook friends list, including him. Got a few scolding by friends, regretted alot but i knew adding them back would not be an option..

So last sunday, i got a message from him asking me if i was free for snowflake on Tuesday. Was quite shock that he messaged me even though he wasn't on my friendlist anymore. But gladly, i agreed. He told me he had friends tagging along too and asked me to invite a few mutual friends along but i dint. On the day, I went to sunway to met him. Met him by the ice skating ring, alone.. His friend said he will come met us later but never came.. My god.. He was so cute as most hybrids are.. Standing almost half a head taller then me, wearing a black shirt, cargo pants and slippers. It was the first time meeting him and we went for lunch together. We just talked about everything and he was really outgoing.

Went shopping together, he made a lot of cute gestures that made me laugh.. Toke a child's clothes a put it infront of me and asked me if i could wear it, wore a pink scarf and asked me if he looked good and toke a picture of me wearing a crown for fun.. He actually remembers my birthday too.. Throughout the whole day he asked me alot of question like if i wore odd colours, do i like these type of shirts, family members, studies etc..

Today i purposely went to lakeside so i could see him for a while.. Stalker much?

To say i fell in love is not exactly true but saying i like him is an understatement..

The Question
How are you suppose to let someone know you like them with no certainty that the feeling is mutual feeling? Just really curious since i have no knowledge at all in that field..  Texting will be kinda akward if the feeling is not mutual and all..
